Juniper (Edwards, Colorado)

Este restaurante queda a 20 minutos manejando de Vail, en un pueblo llamado Edwards. Es un pueblo súper  bonito y justo donde queda el restaurante hay varias tiendas y un cine. Lo que pueden hacer es ir durante el día a  ver las tienditas, al cine y ya saliendo pueden pasar a cenar al Juniper.

Este restaurante es medio elegante así  que sí hay que ir bien vestidos. El menú es súper chiquito pero tienen de todo y todo en serio está delicioso. Yo  siempre pido muchas entradas porque me encanta probar de todo, pero también sus platos fuertes están muy  buenos.

Esta vez probé el tartar de carne con huevo de codorniz y estaba espectacular. Tienen un postre  buenísimo que se parece mucho al del Sweet Basil que se llama como Hot Sticky Toffee, un ​must ​  si van. Bueno  pues espero que sí se den la vuelta y conozcan algo nuevo.

This restaurant is in a nearby town from Vail called Edwards. It is a 15 to 20 minutes car ride from Vail, trust me it  is worth the drive. If you decide to go, have in mind there are many shops around the restaurant and some movie  theaters so you can make a day out of it and just walk around during the day, watch a movie and afterward go for  dinner at Junipers.

 It is and elegant place and not so cheap, but the food is delicious. I have been here a few times, and I do think  they have great plates, and it is a good atmosphere, they are mostly locals, so that says a lot. The menu changes  depending on the season, and I don't know if they are open for lunch.

I always order many of their appetizers, and  I can tell you they are excellent, and their wine options are great. 
I would dress up for this restaurant. I was not  planning on going when I left my house so my attire is no as elegant as I would have chosen but it isn't that wrong,  haha! I hope you get to go. Besos.
