Sweet Basil!

Este restaurante es uno de los clásicos de Vail, queda en Vail Village. Desde que tengo memoria ha sido uno de mis favoritos. Es un lugar elegante y que no tiene mucho ambiente, pero su comida es espectacular. Su cocina es internacional y su menú está cambiando constantemente; depende de si es temporada de invierno o verano, o si vas a almorzar o cenar. Entre mis platos favoritos están Lamb Chops y Lobster Bisquit, pero solo los sirven en invierno. Sin embargo, lo más rico de todo es el postre Hot Sticky Toffee, de verdad es de lo más rico que he probado en mi vida y vale la pena.

En cuanto al dress code, Si vas a comer te puedes vestir más casual, pero si vas a cenar mi recomendación es vestirse un poco más elegante. Espero que lo disfruten como lo disfruto yo.

This restaurant is a Vail´s Classic; it's in Vail Village. It's not a trendy place is more of a high­end place, but I recommend it. It has been one of my favorites restaurants in Vail since I know how to eat, lol! It has an international menu, and it is constantly changing depending on the season and if you go for lunch or dinner. All the plates are exquisite, but two of my favorites are the Lamb Chops and the Lobster Biscuit; unfortunately they are only served during winter. My highlight for sure is the dessert. The hot sticky toffee pudding is the most delicious thing you are ever going to try. But really, anything you order is going to be great, and the staff is incredible. Just make sure to make a reservation because they are pretty full most of the time.

If you are going for lunch, casual attire is fine, but if you go for dinner, I will dress up and lean for a more elegant attire. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
